This page contains all known errors, typos, and other oopses. My anxiety about having made a glaring error or embarrassing typo in a textbook that students are learning from has no end. But errata are an inevitable fact of life, no matter how many times different people have read this text. It’s taken me a LONG time to accept that.
p. 138 (Ch 5) – “Between Case” section should start “Two common methods,” not “Three common methods.”
p. 201 (Ch 8) – Exercise 8.1 D should read “national” not “nation.”
